Lighting Fixture: Color corrected shadowless lighting is engineered into each spray booth with the use of all energy efficient 4-tube flourescent light fixtures. Hip lightings are positioned to create a dome of light over the vehicle, and vertically mounted wall lightings surround the painter. Light fixtures are pre-wired in each wall panel to cut down on installation cost, and ensure compliance with local codes. The lighting fixtures position and the quality are designed by our engineering team for its critical role for color matching. |

Double Wall Panels: Double Wall with both interior & exterior powder coated white panels insulated with rock wool, structured with tongue and groove for long durability with 20 years limited warranty, and the excellent sealing which prevents the heat from radiating into the outside booth and keeping the inside booth dustless.
Hinges: Heavy duty hinges are designed especially for the Spray Booth, to make sure the door is installed sturdy and easy to open and close for a dust-proof seal. |

Burner: Power Flame's versatile High Performance Gas (propane or oil) indirect Burner presents optimum state-of-art design for maximum combustion effiency and operation dependability. Burners are Direct Fire with Midco 1.5.
Control Panel: Pre-wired for all of the appliances hooked up and pre-set for easy automatic operation stages: Spraying -- Purging -- Baking -- Cooling Down. This reliable control panel meets or exceeds all industry standards. All of the parts are UL, ETL or CE listed. Precision Built, Sturdy, Compact, Virtually Maintenance-free. Optionally, the complete computerized touch screen & remote diagnosing for trouble shooting & the service is available. A fully digital temperature control system allows for easy programming of multiple set points to accommodate any type of paint job.

Fans & Motors: Turbine fans and high efficient American motors are built to provide many years of trouble-free service and provide over 14,500 CFM airflow to achieve a quality finish. Optional variable speed motor is available.
Filtration: Ceiling filters are 99% efficient on 10 micron particles. Cleanable pre-filters reduce contamination of ceiling filters. Fiber glass floor and post exhausting extract filters are used for economy of change and maximum solvent removal.
Fire Suppression: The booth is designed for mounting fire suppression equipment. |

Tri-fold doors or Rolling doors: All Spray booths are installed with an insulated, rubber gasket sealed tri-fold door assembly with one (standard) or more (optional) personal doors and observation windows. Optional drive through and rolling doors are also available.
